PTC Alliance is seeking an Electrical engineer for its Darlington, PA facility.  This position will report to the Plant Manager.  The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• project management for all new installations to include follow-up and qualification of all new equipment installation.
• Installation supervision , debugging after installation and start up.
• Monitoring of equipment operational efficiency
• trouble shooting problems and implementing corrective actions
• Training of maintenance personnel during start up of new machinery.
• Continuously improving all equipment efficiency.

•  BSEE/BSEET degree required.

• 7-10 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment required, preferrably in steel processing, tubular or automotive work environments.

• Must be a proficient trouble shooter

• Must have solid experience with PLC's, Drives and PC's used for machine control.

• Must have solid Auto-CAD experience.

• HMI/Level II experience a strong plus, as well as the ability to network PLC's and PC's, electrical controls and design experience a plus.

• Project Engineering/Project Management experience a plus.

• Knowledge of Six Sigma concepts in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing, Green Belt certification a strong plus.
